• 01How does InQI's pricing work?

  Each plan is priced per address — you pay once to unlock a property ($29 Foundation, $49 Pro, $69 InSight). The first month is included in that unlock fee. After the first month, a $29/mo project fee keeps the address active with live data, storage, and updates. Cancel anytime and your files stay exportable.

• 02What counts as a 'project'?

  One project is one address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN).

• 03Can I try InQI before paying?

  Sign up for free and explore the platform — search any address, see a preview of your property data, and try some tools before committing. The full site plan, premium data layers, and complete feature set unlock after purchase.

• 04What happens if property data isn't available for my address?

  InQI covers all US properties. Data depth varies by county — some rural or recently subdivided parcels may have limited layers. If you're unsure about coverage for a specific address, contact us before purchasing.

• 05Do you offer team or agency plans?

  Foundation Pro includes up to 3 team members and InSight includes up to 15. For larger firms, studios, or multi-office teams we offer custom Studio plans — contact us at info@inqi.ai.

• 06Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancel the recurring project fee whenever you want — your generated site plans, PDFs, and exports remain yours to download. You can cancel in two ways: click your name in the top-left → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or open a specific project and cancel that address only from under the address.  Each active project is managed separately, so canceling one does not cancel your others.

• 07How do I delete my account?

  Account deletion is separate from canceling a subscription. To delete your account, click your name in the top-left → Settings → Account & Profile → Organization, then scroll down to the delete option. If you need help, reach out to us.

• 08Are there refunds if I'm not satisfied?

  All purchases are final. That said, we want every project to be a success — if you're not getting the value you expected, reach out and we'll set up a call to walk through your project and make the most of your plan.

• 09Which payment methods do you accept?

  All major credit and debit cards. Enterprise and Studio customers can pay by invoice.

• 10How much does a site plan cost with InQI?

  Foundation starts at $29 per address, Pro is $49, and InSight is $69 — each includes the first month. After the first month, a $29/mo project fee keeps an address active. For reference, traditional site studies can run $800–$3,000+ per property and take days to weeks.

• 11Is InQI cheaper than hiring a surveyor?

  They're different products. A licensed survey is a legal document — InQI is for feasibility, early design, and permit prep. Most InQI customers use it to move faster and reduce the number of times they need to pay for professional services.

• 12Can I buy multiple addresses at once?

  Yes — each address is unlocked separately, so you can run as many as you need. For teams or agencies running many properties, reach out for a Studio plan.

• 13What is the $29/month project fee for?

  It keeps your address active on InQI — live data updates, storage for your plans and exports, and continued access to the tools tied to that property. Cancel a project's renewal anytime and your exports stay yours.
